As the main contractor and project manager, Paul will oversee the build of your new home from start to finish. This includes keeping the lines of communication open with you and your architect or designer, managing the budget, taking responsibility for health and safety on-site, scheduling material deliveries, managing sub-contractors and ensuring all work is completed to our high standards.
